After you have created a meeting and invited people to your meeting, you can always cancel the meeting later following a few simple steps. Before you delete the meeting from your calendar, you will need to notify your meeting attendees that the meeting has been canceled by sending them a message. This is a message you can send to all of your attendees at once. Follow the steps in the image below:
