Keep&Share’s “Invite-to-Meeting” feature allows you to create events that you can invite others to and they can RSVP for your event. First, you will need to create an Event on your calendar by clicking on the white space in a Day Box on your calendar to open the Event Editor. Follow the steps in the image below:

Note: All Keep&Share accounts come with a sample version of the “Invite-to-Meeting” feature when you sign up for a free trial. You can access the full features and customization of “Invite-to-Meeting” by purchasing Self-Book add-on.

If you currently have a free Basic account, you can try a 15-day free trial of our Solo plan to try out all of our premium features.

Once you have created your event, you will notice that there is a blue “Attendees” link that appears next to the name of your Meeting. To invite others to your Meeting, you will need to click on that blue link. The “Attendees” pop-up dialog will appear and you will then need to click on the green “Add invitation” button to select Friends or Share Groups to invite to your meeting, or you can type names, account names, and email addresses into the "Invitees" text box. Follow the steps in the image below:

Once you click on the green “Save” button an email will be sent to your invitees notifying them that they have been invited to your meeting. When you invite Friends or Share Groups to your meeting, you have the choice to make their attendance at the meeting optional or required. If you make the meeting optional, your invitees will have the option of RSVP'ing either yes or no. If you make the meeting required, then there will be no RSVP button in the Meeting invitation email that they receive.

To see the invitation status of the people you invited to your meeting, all you need to do is click on the blue “Attendees” link next to your Meeting in your calendar. Learn more about checking the invitation status of your Meeting invitees.
