When you create a Meeting on your calendar, you can invite others to your Meeting whether they do have a Keep&Share account or don’t have a Keep&Share account. Once you have invited others to your Meeting, they will receive a Meeting invite to their email account that will look similar to the one below:
Once your invitees click on either the orange “Click here to RSVP the Invitation” or “Review the Invitation” buttons, they will be taken to a new screen. On this new screen, it will show the details for the meeting, as well as have two blue links that your invitees can use to add to their calendar.
The blue “Add to Calendar” link is for invitees who do not have a Keep&Share account. When they click on this link, an .ICS file will be automatically generated and downloaded to their computer. The invitee can then import this .ICS file into the calendar of their choice (ex. Outlook, Google, etc.).
The blue "Add to my Keep&Share Calendar” link is for invitees that do have a Keep&Share account. When they click on this link, the meeting will be automatically added to their Keep&Share calendar. If the meeting gets added to the wrong calendar, they can always move the Meeting to another calendar.
