If you need a new password for your Keep&Share account, there are two ways that you can do it:

  1. Change your password in your Account Settings
  2. Use the “Forgot Password” command

We recommend using the first option if you already know your password. If you have forgotten your password, the second option will not allow you to recover your password, but it will allow you to set a new password for your account.

Note: Please make sure that your current email address is registered as the primary email for your account. Otherwise, you will not be able to reset your password using the “Forgot Password” command.
