Aside from a forgotten password or logging in with an incorrect password, there are two reasons that you might not be able to log into your Keep&Share account: your account is locked or your account has been closed due to inactivity.

Note: Once your account has been closed for inactivity, we only keep your account data for 12 months after the close date of the account. During this time, if you contact us you can reactivate your account. After 12 months, your account and all of its content will be permanently deleted.

If you try to log into your account too many times with an incorrect password or Account Name, your Keep&Share account could become locked. This is to protect your account from any spammers trying to log into your account. If you do not log into your Keep&Share account for more than 6 months, your account is deemed “inactive” and will be closed.

In both of these circumstances, we recommend that you submit a help ticket to Keep&Share. The Keep&Share support team can then help you with accessing and reopening your account. When you contact us, please include your Account Name and/or your Account ID#.
