  1. First, make sure you are printing your calendar by generating a Keep&Share printout instead of printing a screenshot of your calendar view directly from your browser. The Keep&Share print dialog will let you set up a customized PDF printout which you can review before printing.

  2. If you are using the Keep&Share print dialog, be sure to review and edit your customizable options before printing. It's easy to create another version of your printout by revisiting the print dialog.
