Events are a type of calendar entry that is structured around a scheduled time, with options to connect to your email, phone, and other calendars. To create a new event, click on the plus icon available in the top right corner of a date on your calendar. To access and edit an existing Event, open the Event Editor by clicking an Event link on your Calendar.
Add an Icon to your Event
Click the Add Icon button in your Event Editor to access the icons window, and click on your choice of icon. Your chosen icon will display to the left of your Event link in your Calendar.
Only one icon at a time can be assigned to an event. To change your icon, just click on your icon in your Event Editor to select a new icon. See the image below:
You can choose to filter your icons by color or by subject and insert them into your events. Follow the steps in the image below:
You can also change your event icons by clicking directly on the icon in your calendar and the icon picker will pop up in a new window. In this sample we're using the checkboxes, but you can do this with any icon in your calendar. See the image below:
