Day Notes are a freeform calendar entry format that you can use in your Keep&Share Calendar application.
To access and edit a Day Note, click on the date in your calendar containing the Day Note, to open the Day Editor. In the Day Editor interface, you can select and edit the text in your Day Note as you would in any word processor.
Note: Tables are one of the advanced Day Editor features available only to paid Keep&Share accounts.
If you currently have a free Basic account, you can try a 15-day free trial of our Solo plan to try out all of our premium features.
Add a Table to your Day Note
Click the Table button in your Day Editor to access the Insert/Edit a Table window. In this window, you can select/edit your choice of table settings. These settings are an abbreviated version of the full range of settings available to create tables in the “Files” Application.
Once you've set up your choice of features for your new table, click the "insert" button to create the table in your Day Note. While your table may appear compressed at first (depending on the settings you selected), once the content is added to your table it will expand in size.
Edit a Table in your Day Note
Edit an existing table in your Day Note by selecting the existing table, and using the Tables toolbar in your Day Editor.
The Tables toolbar allows you to:
- Edit table row properties
- Edit table cell properties
- Insert, edit and delete table rows
- Insert, edit and delete table columns
- Split and merge table cells
