The Self-Book scheduler allows visitors to your calendar to book events with you based on your availability. You can either set up pre-defined appointments that visitors can book, or they can choose to book any slot in your calendar that hasn't been blocked. When they book an event, it will be automatically added to your calendar.
When you use the Self-Book scheduler, normally visitors only see a calendar of available days to book, and they can click on their day of choice and see the times that can be booked. They do not see your calendar or its contents.
While you can copy a link for your Self-Book scheduler and send it to others, or you can embed it directly into a website, you can also choose to turn it on in your calendar. This will allow your Self-Book scheduler to appear as a button above your calendar. Once visitors click on that button, they'll see the Self-Book schedule as it appears at the top of this article.
