Calendar overlays allow you to create a combined view of your Calendars and/or To Do Lists by layering more Calendars or To Do Lists on top. If you assign dates to your Tasks on your lists you can create an overlay to use on your Calendars. This way you can view all of your Tasks and Events at once to make sure you never miss a date for a Task. Learn more about adding To Do Lists as overlays.
When you add your To Do List overlay to your calendar you may see that your Tasks are appearing above Events on your calendar by default. If you want to move your Tasks to display below your events then there are two things you will need to do: change your Day Note location settings and show your overlay titles. Follow the steps in the image below:
Once your overlay titles for your To Do List have been tuned on follow the steps in the image below to change the location of your Day Notes:
Once you have made these changes you can switch your Tasks from appearing above your events to appearing below like this:
