Your Keep&Share Calendar Application provides you with two methods of Calendar entry: Day Notes and Events. Events are a type of Calendar entry that is structured around a scheduled time or length of time, with options to connect to your email, phone, and other Calendars.
Day Notes are free-form calendar entries that can store up to 20 pages of text information on any date in your Calendar. You can format your day note text using the range of tools available in the Keep&Share word processor. There is one Day Note available per date on your calendar.
When you look at your calendar you can see that there is a "+" icon that you can click on. When you click on this icon you'll see a pop-up menu that will give you the option to add an Event or edit the Day Note.
If you want to clean up the look of your calendar you have these options:
- Keep the plus icon that will give you the pop-up menu to choose Events or Day Notes
- Show only the Day Note editor icon
- Show only the Event editor icon
- Show both the Day Note editor and Event editor icon
- Don't show any icons
Keep in mind that hiding these icons will not move your event text up in the Day Box in Month View. See the image below for the options of how your calendar can look:
