“Event Tags” are tags that you can use to label and color-code your Calendar Events. These tags are consistent through all of your Calendars in your Keep&Share account and help you to visually link together similar Events very quickly.
When you create an Event Tag you can assign a custom name, a specific color, or icon for your tag.
When you create a custom Self-Book form you can have your visitors select one of your Event Tags when they fill out your form. For example, if you want visitors to book an appointment but you have several locations where the appointment could be booked, you could make an Event Tag for each of your locations. Then when your visitors fill out the form they could choose when location they are booking the appointment for.
First, you will need to open the Self-Book form editor. Follow the steps in the image below:
Once you have opened the form editor you will need to either choose a new form or a previously existing form to edit from the "Use template" drop-down menu. You can then follow the steps in the image below to create a new form field that will allow your visitors to choose an Event Tag when they book their appointment.
Once you've added this field you can then add up to 20 form fields before saving your form. You will then need to add your custom form to a Self-Book template. Now when visitors fill out a form for a Self-Book event in your calendar they can choose one of your Event Tags and it will be automatically added to the event when it's been submitted. See below:
