There are two levels of organization in your File, Photo, Address, Discuss and Bookmark applications. The top-level folders are called “Folder Sets” and the folders within Folder Set are just known as “Folders.”
Creating Folder Sets
Paid accounts have 20 Folder Sets. Each Folder Set can contain up to 100 Folders with manila folder icons. If you want to add more Folder Sets to your Navigator, you can click on the blue “Manage Applications” link at the top of your Navigator. In the pop-up dialog, click on the “Files” tab and then click on the checkboxes next to the Folder Sets that you want to appear in your Navigator. Follow the steps in the image below:
Creating Folders
If you want to create a new folder in your account, you can click on the new folder icon at the bottom of your Folder Set tab. A handy way to move a Folder up to the top of the Folder list is to put a number or an asterisk “*” first in the Folder name. Ex. “1 Folder” or “*Folder.” See the image below:
