You can always get a copy of any payments that you have made on your account. This information is always kept in your "Account Settings" which you can access by clicking on the User Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. This link is always available at the top of your screen when you are logged into your account.

Note: If you are using a mobile device, then you'll need to switch to desktop view before you can follow these steps.

If you would like to view your payment history for your account or to get a receipt of a specific payment, follow these steps:

  1. Log in at
  2. Click on “My Account” at the top center of your window
  3. Click on “Account Settings”
  4. Click on the blue "Payments & receipts" link
