If you have a paid Solo or Team account with us, you will eventually need to update your credit card information if your credit card has expired or been canceled. You can easily change any of your credit card information or what credit card we charge by updating your card in your Account Settings.
Note: If you are using a mobile device, then you'll need to switch to desktop view before you can follow these steps.
To access your credit card setting in your account, follow the steps in the image below:
Once you have clicked on the blue "Update Credit Card" link, you will be taken to your Verifone Payment History screen. After that, you will need to follow the steps in the image below to continue updating your credit card information:
Removing Old Credit Cards
You will notice on the "Payment Methods" page that all of the old credit cards that you have used to pay for your account subscription are still listed on this page. We keep a record of all old credit cards on hand in the event there are any disputed charges or other issues that come up with the card. As a result, you cannot delete old credit cards from your account.
However, the newest credit card on file for your account will be the one that is charged for your account purchases and supersedes all older credit cards in your account.
