There are two different ways that you can view your Photo Albums: List View and Card View. There are benefits to using either view as they will display your albums in different ways and show different sets of information. The default view for your Photo Albums is Card View. You can switch back and forth between the two Photo Album views by clicking on the “View” drop-down menu at the top of your album folder.
First, you will need to access your Photo Album Folder. To do this follow the steps in the image below:
Once you have accessed your Photo Album folder you can then follow these steps to change how your Photo Albums are viewed:
Card View
“Card View” is where your albums are shown in a rectangular “card” format and your album cover photo is prominently displayed. The Card View also shows the name of your Photo Album and gives you a shortcut to the link for your Document that you can copy and share with others.
List View
In “List View” your Photo Albums will be listed horizontally in a single column, much like if you were viewing your Photo Albums in a folder on your computer. The name of your album will be listed on the left-hand side of the screen and the date that your album was last modified will be listed on the right along with when the album was created and what folder you can find the album in. You can also hover your mouse over the thumbnail image of your album cover photo and a larger version of the photo will pop up.
