There are two different ways that you can view your Documents: List View and Card View. There are benefits to using either view as they will display your documents in different ways and show different sets of information. You can switch back and forth between the two Document views by clicking on the “View” drop-down menu at the top of your Document folder.
In “List View” your Documents will be listed horizontally in a single column, much like if you were viewing your Documents in a folder on your computer. The name of your Document will be listed on the left-hand side of the screen and the date that your Document was last modified will be listed on the right.
“Card View” makes it easier to view all of the information for your Documents at once. Each of your Documents will be listed in a rectangular “card” format with the name of your Document and an icon indicating what type of file your Document is. This view also gives you a shortcut to the link for your Document that you can copy and share with others.
