We recommend keeping the main email address associated with your Keep&Share account current at all times. We use your email address to send you important notifications about the status of your account, billing transactions, and edit and share to your account. Most importantly, we use your email address when you have forgotten your Account Name or password.
To change your primary email address, you'll first need to use a desktop computer (not a mobile phone) to log into Keep&Share. Once you are logged in you will need to verify your new email address with Keep&Share. To do this, follow the steps below:
Once you have clicked on the green "Add Email" button you will see on your screen that the email address is "Pending Verification." In order for this email address to be verified, you will need to click on the link in the email that we send you. Once you have verified your email address you can delete any unwanted email addresses.

Once you have verified your new email address and have chosen what types of messages you want to receive, be sure to click on the “Delete” button to the right of your old email address. This will ensure that your email messages go to the right email address and that you never lose another message from us or get locked out of your account.
