You can import any addresses from one software, including Microsoft Outlook, into Keep&Share as long as the exported file is in “.VCF” or “.CSV” format. We recommend uploading a “.CSV” file because then you can use our field name mapping system to choose where you want your information to be imported into your Keep&Share account. First, you will need to export your contacts from Microsoft Outlook. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the “File” tab at the top of your Microsoft Outlook dialog
  2. Click on “Options” in the drop-down menu
  3. In the pop-up dialog on the left-hand side, click on “Advanced”
  4. Under “Export” click on “Export”
  5. In the “Import and Export Wizard”, click on “Export” to a file, and then click on “Next”
  6. Under Create a file of type, click on the “Comma Separated Values” option and then click on “Next”
  7. Under “Select folder to export from” select the contact folder that you want to export, and then click on “Next”
  8. Under “Save exported file as”, click on “Browse”, select a destination folder, and in the File name box, type a name for the file
  9. Click on “OK”
  10. In the “Export to a File” dialog box, click on “Next”
  11. Click on “Finish”

Once you have exported a copy of your Microsoft Outlook contacts to your computer, you can then import your contacts into Keep&Share as normal. Follow the steps in the image below:
