You can import any addresses from one software, including Microsoft Outlook, into Keep&Share as long as the exported file is in “.VCF” or “.CSV” format. We recommend uploading a “.CSV” file because then you can use our field name mapping system to choose where you want your information to be imported into your Keep&Share account. First, you will need to export your contacts from Microsoft Outlook. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Click the “File” tab at the top of your Microsoft Outlook dialog
- Click on “Options” in the drop-down menu
- In the pop-up dialog on the left-hand side, click on “Advanced”
- Under “Export” click on “Export”
- In the “Import and Export Wizard”, click on “Export” to a file, and then click on “Next”
- Under Create a file of type, click on the “Comma Separated Values” option and then click on “Next”
- Under “Select folder to export from” select the contact folder that you want to export, and then click on “Next”
- Under “Save exported file as”, click on “Browse”, select a destination folder, and in the File name box, type a name for the file
- Click on “OK”
- In the “Export to a File” dialog box, click on “Next”
- Click on “Finish”
Once you have exported a copy of your Microsoft Outlook contacts to your computer, you can then import your contacts into Keep&Share as normal. Follow the steps in the image below:
