You can apply different labels to your Address Books such as name and description. These can be for your own reference or they can be helpful for any Visitors to your Address Book. You can change these labels in the “Customize” screen for your Address Book.

An Address Book description provides further information about your Address Book. This description will appear when you hover your mouse over the name of your Address Book in the Navigator and below the name of your Address Book when you are viewing your addresses. We advise keeping this label as short as possible.

The Address Book name is the master label of your Calendar and is represented at the top of your Address Book printouts. This name also identifies your Address Book in the Navigator of your account screen and it appears at the top of your Address Book when you are viewing it.
