If you are experiencing a problem with your Keep&Share account and something is not performing as you expect, you can submit a help ticket to the Keep&Share staff. Sometimes the problem may be related to what kind of browser and the browser version that you are using. This can be useful information to submit with your question when you submit a help ticket.

To make finding your browser version easy, we have included a link in Account Settings that you can click on. First, you will need to access your Account Settings page. Then you'll need to click on the "Report Browser Details" link. Follow the steps in the image below:

On the “What is my browser” page you will need to copy all of the text on that page and include it in the email that you send to us.
