We have hundreds of help articles in our Support Portal and we encourage you to scroll down the list of topics and questions. Any feature or application (such as Calendars, Documents, Photo Albums, etc.) will have a separate section with its own set of articles that you can click on and read.

The sentences in blue (see the image below) each represent a link to an individual help article. You can click on these or you can click on the black titles (ex. Calendar General FAQs) to open a section that lists all of the help articles in that section. The number in gray parentheses (ex. “(2)”) tell you how many help articles are in that section.
