If you have looked through or searched through our Support Portal and you cannot find an answer to your question, you can always submit a help ticket to the team at Keep&Share. A help ticket is sent directly to the Keep&Share staff and we are more than happy to help you with any problems or concerns that you have.
When you submit a new help ticket, you will need to put in an email address that we can use to reply to you about your help ticket. Your ticket will also have a unique identification number so you can look up the status of the ticket. Feel free to include any screenshots that may show the problem you are having as they may help us better diagnose your problem. It is also helpful to include your Account Name and your Account ID # as they allow us to specifically find your account. Both are listed at the top of your Account Settings page.
