When you are in the mobile view of the Keep&Share website, you can copy and paste mobile URLs of information in your account, such as Calendars or Documents. For example, if you want to send a link to someone that you know will be viewing your link on a mobile device (such as a tablet or smart phone) you can send them a mobile link to makes sure they are viewing your information correctly.

Mobile links are especially useful if you are linking a Calendar. A mobile Calendar URL from your Keep&Share account will look like this:

Example mobile Calendar URL:

https://www.keepandshare.com/calendar30/mobile.php?i=2570192

The Calendar number (“calendar30”) and the “2570192” number at the end of the URL will be different for each Calendar. These will be unique identifying numbers to your account and the specific Calendar that you are linking from.

Creating a mobile Calendar link with a specific view

If you want to send a mobile link of your Calendar with a specific Calendar view, you can add “&mode=” to the end of your mobile Calendar link. Your specific Calendar View (day, month, year, or event) will go after the “=” sign. For example, the link above will be changed to the event Calendar view using the “&mode=event” URL parameter:

This is your mobile Calendar link:

https://www.keepandshare.com/calendar30/mobile.php?i=2570192

Your mobile Calendar link changed to Event View:

https://www.keepandshare.com/calendar30/mobile.php?i=2570192&mode=event

Note: the default Calendar View is the event view.

Creating a mobile Calendar link with a specific date

If you want to force your mobile Calendar link to a specific date, you can add a URL parameter to the end of your link that looks like this: “&date=yyyy-mm-dd.” The “y” represents the year, the “m” is for month, and the “d” is for the day that you want to show on your mobile Calendar link. For example, the mobile Calendar link will be changed to a specific date using the “&mode=event” URL parameter:

This is your mobile Calendar link:

https://www.keepandshare.com/calendar30/mobile.php?i=2570192

Your mobile Calendar link changed to a view of a specific date:

https://www.keepandshare.com/calendar30/mobile.php?i=2570192&mode=event&date=2014-09-21

Using this URL parameter, the example shows a mobile Calendar link set to the date of September, 21st 2014.
