When you are creating or editing the Welcome Message for your Share Page, you can format the text using a series of icons at the top of the page. These are the same icons you use when you are formatting a Document. These icons give you the ability to not only format the text of your Welcome Message, but you can also insert additional photos or tables.
Text formatting options
The text formatting icon bar is located at the top of your Welcome Message. This will be on the fourth step of the “Create Wizard” when you are first creating your Welcome Message or when you are editing your Welcome Message. You can hover your mouse over any of the icons in the formatting icon bar and a tooltip will appear describing the function of the icon.
- Bold, Italicize, Underline, and Strike-through text
- Change Text Color, and Background Color
- Erase Formatting Tool
- Change Fonts and Font Size
- Insert Special Characters
- Toggle Spell Check on/off
- Add Bulleted/Numbered lists

If you right click your mouse (on the Mac: ctrl-click) in the Welcome Message when it is in editing mode, it will bring up the context menu with additional commands. In this list of commands is the Spellchecker. To turn the Spellchecker on, click on “Check Spelling.” If the Spellchecker is already turned on, a checkmark will appear to the left of the “Check Spelling” text.
