It's easy to have your blogs, emails, or web pages point to any stored address in your Keep&Share account. You have the option of creating a link to a single address that will show the name of the contact and then link to all of that contact’s information in your account. You can then use this link to point anyone on the web to your information.

Note: You can only share live links of your addresses to members of your Share List. To make links to your addresses accessible to anyone online, your address would have to be Publicly Shared.

Linking to addresses in Keep&Share

If you click on the gray “Share” button above your address, you will have access to two other links that you can copy and share. The first link is the short URL. You should use this link if you have your file publicly shared or shared on a limited basis.

The second link is the Private Sharing Link. The Private Sharing Link is a link that you can copy and share with anyone, regardless of whether they have a Keep&Share account or not. This link allows you to keep your items shared privately, but you can give this link to others to access your addresses and they will not be required to log into a Keep&Share account. No one without this link can see your addresses.

Alternatively, you can copy the link for single addresses by viewing your address, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking on the blue "Link & Embed" link. See the image below:
