There are two ways you can delete your addresses: from within the address when you are editing it, and from within the Address Book.

Note: All of the names, addresses, phone numbers, and other information in the examples below are not real. All Keep&Share information is kept private unless you choose it to be otherwise.

Deleting Addresses from the Address Book

The advantage of deleting addresses from within the Address Book is that you can select multiple addresses at once using the checkboxes to the left of the addresses. See the image below:

Deleting address from within the address

See the image below on how to delete your addresses while viewing them:

The Address Trash Can

To view only the addresses that are in your Trash, click on the “List View” drop-down menu at the top of your Address Folder and then click on the "Trash" option. Follow the steps below:

Once you are in your Address Trash Can, you will have the following options:

  1. Restore your deleted addresses
  2. Permanently delete your addresses

Like when you are using the command bar to delete a single address you will need to click on the checkbox next to your addresses in the Trash if you want to use either the “Restore” or “Delete Permanently” commands. Any addresses that are in your trash will still count towards your account storage until they have been permanently deleted, either by you manually or after they've been in the trash for 30 days.

The “Restore” command will remove your selected addresses from the Trash and return them to your address folders or Address Book. The “Delete Permanently” command will allow you to go ahead and permanently delete your selected addresses from your account. See the image below:
