The simplest way to organize your Photos is by using Keep&Share’s keywords. Over time you can accumulate hundreds of Photos in your Photo Library. If you need to find a particular Photo quickly, you can search your Photo Library using these keywords.
Keywords are short descriptions you can apply to one or more photos. We suggest keeping them to just 1 or 2 words in length. For instance, if you have a child named “Memphis,” you might apply the keyword “Memphis” to all Photos of him. Then you can search across your Photo Library to display all Memphis photos, regardless of when you took the photo or which Photo Albums they might be in. You can assign as many keywords to a Photo as you like.
Adding Keywords
You can add keywords to a Photo whenever the Photo is in edit mode. When you are first editing a Photo, there may not be any keywords assigned to the Photo and you will need add new ones. To get started, you will need to click on the blue “Edit” link next to the photo you want to add keywords to. Follow the steps in the image below:
To remove or edit the keyword simply edit your photo again and then modify your keywords in the “Keywords” text field. Once you save the changes to your keyword the changes will be reflected immediately on your Photo.
After adding keywords to your Photos you can use the “filter by keywords” function in the Photo Library.
