Accessing and using the Keep&Share mobile website is a simple process. If you are using a mobile device, open your browser and go to the Keep&Share website (www.keepandshare.com). The Keep&Share website will automatically detect that you are using a mobile device and will give you the option of logging into Keep&Share using the mobile website.
If your mobile device does not automatically go to the Keep&Share mobile site, type the following address into your web browser: www.keepandshare.com/m. Once you log into Keep&Share, you will not need to log in again for multiple times that you access Keep&Share on your mobile device.
You can also download Keep&Share for your iOS devices such as an iPhone or iPad and for Android devices. On the main log in screen, you can choose to log into the mobile version of your account or to access the full Keep&Share site. We recommend choosing the mobile version of our site to log into because it will be sized and optimized for the smaller screen of a mobile device.
Viewing public Calendars on a mobile device
When smartphone users are not logged in and they try to view a public Keep&Share calendar using the normal Keep&Share website, a gray “Smart Phone Viewer” button appears at the top of your Calendar. You or any Visitors can click on that button to change the public Calendar from Full Site View to Mobile View.
Switching to Full Site View
If you'd like to switch back to Full Site View on your mobile device you can do so by tapping on the double chevrons in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. See the image below:
Cookies must be enabled for mobile devices
Keep&Share, like all other cloud-based web applications, requires that your mobile browser turn on “cookies.” Cookies are a small piece of data that is sent from the Keep&Share website to be stored in your phone's mobile browser. These help your mobile browser remember any activity from working though Keep&Share or changing any information in your account. Learn more about cookies.
Limitations
Because Android mobile devices do not allow rich-text editing in their browsers (i.e., word processing style editing with fonts), the mobile version of Keep&Share does not provide our full web word processor or the ability to edit your Calendar Day Boxes. Instead, we allow you the ability to quickly add simple text notes and events and to create/edit “smart phone documents” which are plain text.
If you are using Android, you can still change the font color, highlight color, bold font, add links, and add icons to your Calendar Events and Day Boxes.
