The way you turn off Self-Book is very similar to how you set it up to begin with. (If you don't want to turn it off completely, though, you can also choose to edit who has access to your Calendar, reject an individual Calendar sign up/suggestion, or you can simply delete an existing Event. You always have full control over your Keep&Share Calendar and Self-Book bookings).

Turning off Self-Book completely in a Calendar

Turning off an “Appointment” or “Group Sign Up” template

Turn off the booking functionality to the Event on your Calendar by clicking on your event, clicking on the "Event Type" drop-down menu, and then selecting the "Standard" event type. Save your changes.

Note: the best way to turn off one Event from a set of repeating Events would be to edit the Event on that day you would like to turn off and click the “Delete Day” button.

Turning off a “Make a Reservation” or “Suggest an Event” template

Turn off a “Make a Reservation” button by returning to the “Customize” screen and choosing the “None Selected” option on the drop-down menu in the “Self-Book” tab. Click the “Save & Exit” button at the bottom of the “Customize” screen to save your changes.

Follow the steps in the image below:

Note: You can also choose to remove individual Events suggested to your Calendar by rejecting them with the Review Bookings Panel in the “Self-Book” Dashboard.
