Keep&Share’s “Invite-to-Meeting” feature allows you to create events that you can invite others to and they can RSVP for your event. You can choose who to invite to your meeting from the “Add Attendee” dialog. Normally the individuals that show up in the "Add Attendee" dialog are people you've added as Friends or individuals you have shared items with in your account.

However, you may have individuals that you want to invite to a meeting that do not currently have a Keep&Share account. If so, then you can type that person's email address into the "Attendees" text box and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Once you do this then an email will be sent to the invitee where they can accept or decline the meeting invite.

First, you will need to create an “Invite-to-Meeting” event in your calendar. Follow the steps in the image below:

Once you have created your event, you will notice that there is a blue “Attendees” link that appears next to the name of your Meeting. To invite others to your Meeting, you will need to click on that blue link. The “Attendees” pop-up dialog will appear and you will then need to type your invitee's email address into the text field.
