“Calendar Views” are different formats that you can view your Calendar in. Each Calendar View will arrange your Calendar data into a different layout and specify how much of your Calendar data you can see at once. You can choose between Day, Week, Month, Year, Side-by-Side, and Event view.
In the Keep&Share Calendar Application you can easily switch your calendar between different types of Calendar Views to using the buttons in the top bar of your calendar.

Types of Calendar Views
This view will organize your calendar by units of a day, and give you the largest Day Boxes. In Day View, your Day Box can be broken into a Day Grid consisting of individual time slots for every hour of the day. You can turn the Day Grid on and customize its Time Slots in the Customize and Share Screen.
You can click on the day view button beside the Calendar View drop-down menu to cycle through the day view options, which include 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 day options.
This view will organize your calendar by units of a week, and give you larger Day Boxes than month view does. You can click on the week view button beside the drop-down Calendar View menu to cycle through the week view options, which include 1 week, 1 week column view, 2 week, 4 week, and 8 week options, all with or without weekends.
Your calendar's default view when you create it. This view displays Day Boxes for every day of the month displayed. Day Boxes are where information for a particular date is displayed in your calendar.
You can change your month view by clicking the view button to the right of the “Calendar View” drop-down menu. This will switch you month view display between the standard month view and showing a month view with no weekends.
Year at a Glance View
The Year at a Glance View is a special view that allows you to glance a compressed version of all of Day Boxes in your year at once.
If you choose to organize your events by headlining them (that is, adding an “@” symbol to the front of your event), you can click the Year View button to use the Year at a Glance Headline View. In the headline view, the first 10 characters of a headlined event will appear on your calendar. You will also see if there are multiple headlined events in a single day in your calendar. This can help with planning around important events in your year.
In the Year at a Glance Headline + Activity View, vertical bars are displayed in your Day Boxes for every event you have in your calendar, letting you quickly tell with just a glance which days of your year have the most events.
This view organizes your calendar not by a time unit, but by the events in your calendar. It compresses Day Boxes into long stretched rectangles, and provides you with the option to hide days that are empty of events.
You can click on the event view button to cycle through the event view options, which include 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 day options.
Keep&Share paid accounts have an additional “Side-by-Side” Calendar View option that allows you to look at multiple calendars side by side. To learn more about this feature, visit the Side-by-Side Viewing solutions folder.
The “Default View” is the view that you have selected for your Calendar in your Calendar’s “Customize & Share” settings. You can choose the default Calendar View that you want to show first every time that you click on that Calendar's name. This option will only show up in your "Calendar View" drop-down menu if you have set a Default Calendar View. You can always switch to other views for your Calendar, but this is the view that will show first. Learn more about setting your Default Calendar View.
