Events are a type of Calendar entry that is structured around a scheduled time, with options to connect to your email, phone and other Calendars. To create a new Event, click on the “[green circle +]” button available in the top right corner of a date on your Calendar or click in the white space of a Day Box. To access and edit an existing Event, open the Event Editor by clicking an Event link on your Calendar.

Adding a note to your Event

If you have a paid account, you can add the functionality and detail of a Day Note (except for icons) to your event using the “Add a Note” feature. To add a note to your event, open the event editor, and click the “Add a Note” tab. Follow the steps below:

In the Event Notes editor you can add and format text in your note as you would in any word processor. Once you're finished creating your notes, click on the green "Save" button to save your changes and close the Event Notes Editor. You can always reopen this event note by clicking on the updated Event note link. Once you close your Event Editor, the note link will be displayed in your Calendar next the main Event Link in your Calendar.
