We make it easy for you to access all of the Calendars in your account by keeping them in the Navigator. The “Navigator” is a panel of cards on the left side of your Keep&Share account screen that provides you with a quick way to switch between different applications within Keep&Share.

To access your Calendars, all you need to do is click on the "Calendars” tab in your Navigator. Once you have done that, your Calendars will be listed in the "Calendars” card. Click on the name of the Calendar you want to see and that calendar will be shown on the right-hand side of your screen. Follow the steps in the image below:

Note: Each account plan in Keep&Share is allotted a maximum number of Calendars. If you need more Calendars than what you have in your account, you can upgrade your account or purchase one of our expansion packs. Learn more about how many Calendars each account type receives.

If you click on the “Calendars” tab and do not see any Calendars in your "Calendars" card, your Calendars may be hidden. To have your Calendars show up, you will need to click on the "New Calendar" icon at the bottom of your "Calendars" card. Once you have done that a pop-up dialog will appear with a list of your available calendars. You will need to click on the check box next to the calendars that you want to appear.
