Creating a new Table Document within Keep&Share is similar to the process of creating a new Document. You will use the same “New Document” command button at the bottom of your Folder.

However, once you have created your Table Document there will be a new pop-up dialog where you choose the structure of your document (colors, type of columns, how many columns, width of columns, etc.). Learn more about Table Database structure.

In the “New Document” pop-up dialog you will notice that you have the option of creating a new Table Document or selecting a pre-formatted Table Document “Stationery.” Keep&Share has provided you with several options of Table Document Stationery, seen in the right-hand side of the pop-up dialog. These are all pre-formatted Table Documents that you may find useful for organizing any database information that you have.
