The Table Documents in Keep&Share can be read easily. They are set up like any spreadsheet with multiple columns and rows that you can use to sort your information. The Table Documents are a type of blank document that you can find in the Files tab in your Navigator. You can have Table Documents in any Folder in your "Files" application. When you create a new document all you need to do is select the "New Table Document" option from the "New Document" dialog.
Follow the steps below in order to access your Table Documents:
Once you have clicked on your Table Document, you will be able to see it like the image below. When you click anywhere on a row within your Table Document, the row will then be “highlighted” with a color (in this case, the highlighted color is orange).
Once you have a row selected in the viewed Table Document, you can use the arrow keys on your computer keyboard to move through the table. You can also use scroll bars if the table is too large for your browser window on the right hand side of the table.
When you have dozens of rows of information, the Table Document has its own scroll bar on the right-hand side of the table that is different from the scroll bar on the right-hand side of your computer screen. This allows you to quickly scroll through all of the information in your Table Document without having a long load-time for your page.
