The simplest way to organize your Photos is by using Keep&Share’s keyword tags. Over time you can accumulate hundreds of Photos in your Photo Library. If you need to find a particular Photo quickly, you can search your Photo Library using these tags.
Tags are short descriptions you can apply to one or more photos. We suggest keeping them to just 1 or 2 words in length. For instance, if you have a child named “Memphis,” you might apply the tag “Memphis” to all Photos of him. Then you can search across your Photo Library to display all Memphis photos, regardless of when you took the photo or which Photo Albums they might be in. You can assign as many keywords to a Photo as you like.
Adding Keyword Tags
You can add keyword tags to a Photo whenever the Photo is in edit mode. When you are first editing a Photo, there may not be any keyword tags assigned to the Photo and you will need add new ones. To get started, you will need to click on the blue “Edit” link next to the photo you want to add tags to. Follow the steps in the image below:
To remove or edit the tag simply edit your photo again and then modify your tags in the “Tags” text field. Once you save the changes to your tag the changes will be reflected immediately on your Photo.
After adding tags to your Photos you can use the “filter by tags” function in the Photo Library.
