Month Notes are one-line labels that can appear at the bottom of a Month View (and printout) of your Calendar. Once Month Notes are set up for your Calendar, each month can have a unique Month Note. It is useful for sharing information, messages, guidelines, and abbreviations, (or even for a little fun) for each month.

Note: the Month Note feature is available only to paid Keep&Share accounts.

Setting up a Month Note

To set up a Calendar Legend label for your Calendar, first, click on the “Customize” button in the blue bar above your Calendar. Then you will need to click on the “Calendar Display Settings” tab and the "Legend & other settings" tab. Follow the steps in the image below:

Once you have clicked on the “Save & Exit” button a black “Edit Month Note” link will appear at the bottom of your Calendar when it is in Month View. You can click on that link and then a text box will appear where you can add your Month Note text.

If you need to make changes to your Month Note, all you need to do is click on the black “Edit Month Note” link again at the bottom of your Calendar.
