Event Hyperlinks
Event hyperlinks are links to any URL on the web that you can add to your calendar Event in order to provide more information. You can add up to 3 links to any event, and they will appear below the primary Event Link on your calendar. The difference between Event hyperlinks and the primary Event link is that the primary Event link opens the Event Editor, while additional Event hyperlinks open to external URLs.
Adding a hyperlink to your Event
You can add a link to an Event by clicking on the "Attach Links" tab in the expanded Event Editor. Clicking on this tab will open up a pop-up dialog where you can fill in your event details. Follow the steps in the image below:
In the Event links dialog, there are options to enter the Link Text (which is what will be displayed in your calendar), the URL of the link, and Details about each link that will appear when you hover over the event link in your calendar. The URL will be the webpage that the link opens. The drop-down menu allows you to choose how the hyperlinked webpage will appear in a window.
When you're finished creating your links, click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Links that you add to your event will appear on your calendar below the primary Event link.
Attach a PDF document to your event via hyperlink
You can also use the hyperlink feature in your event editor to open and share PDFs related to your event. First, you must upload your PDF to Keep&Share website, and then set your PDF's sharing status to public. Then copy out the URL created for your PDF, and paste it into a link Event links dialog.
Attach other items to your event via "Attach to Event" button
You can also use the "Attach to Event" button found at the top of your documents, albums, addresses, etc. when you're viewing them. You'll need to make sure sharing is set on the item that you've attached to your event. You can also directly attach or upload items to your events using the "upload/attach" button in the event editor.
