To control the frequency of emails you receive from Keep&Share use the drop-downs in the “Email Frequency” section of the Communication Settings to select how often you would like emails from Keep&Share. Your changes take immediate effect.

Note: If you are using a mobile device, then you'll need to switch to desktop view before you can follow these steps.

You can separately control the frequency of:

  1. When there are shares or comments. For example, do you want to be emailed immediately, or every hour, or every day, or every week, or never, when your friends post new information for you?
  2. When people visit or view my shares, do you want to be notified every day, week, month, or never?
  3. Can frequently Keep&Share will email you regarding software updates and feature releases, yes or no?

Set both dropdowns to “Never” and un-check the "Email me when..." box if you want to completely stop all emails from Keep&Share.
