A repeating Event is an Event that repeats a certain number of days, weeks, months, or years that are specified by you. You can choose that these Events repeat indefinitely in your calendar, or you can choose a date when they stop repeating. There are also extra options that you can choose to further customize the frequency of your Event.

How do I set a repeat annual repeat schedule for the 4th Tuesday of July for every year?

To set your Event to repeat on the 4th Tuesday of July every year, follow the steps in the image below:

Once you have chosen your repeat Event settings, click on the green “Create Event” button to create and save your new Event to your Calendar. You can now navigate to other years in your Calendar and check to see that your Event is repeating on the 4th Tuesday of July every year.
