It’s easy to have your blogs, emails or web pages point to any stored Photo or Photo Album in your account. For every Photo or Photo Album that you create in your account, Keep&Share automatically generates a link for that item. At any time you can copying that link and post it anywhere that you choose. Follow the steps in the images below to copy the link for your Photos and Photo Albums.
Creating Links to your Photo Albums
At the bottom of the Share Control for your file you'll notice that there's two options for links. One is a regular link that you can share with Friends, Share Groups, Team Members or you can give it anyone when you have your item publicly shared. If your item is publicly shared then anyone can access your items without having to log into a Keep&Share account.
The other link is the Private Sharing Link. The Private Sharing Link is a link that you can copy and share with anyone, regardless of whether they have a Keep&Share account or not. This link allows you to keep your items shared privately, but you can give this link to others to access your photo albums and they will not be required to log into a Keep&Share account. No one without this link can see your albums.
Creating Links to your Photos
First you'll need to go to your Photo Library or to your Photo Album. Then follow the steps in the image below:
When you copy a link to a Photo you have the option of choosing from three different size options: Large, Medium, and Small. These Photo sizes are the same sizes that are available when inserting uploaded Photos throughout your Keep&Share account.
Notice in the “Link Type” drop-down menu that there are two other link type options listed. Both of these options concern embedding Photos in other websites.
